House Wash in Hampstead, NH
Performed a house wash on a two story home with vinyl siding in Hampstead, NH. The home's siding was covered in green algae. New England Exterior Cleaning first treated all the siding with a mild mixture of sodium hypochlorite and surfactant to kill all the organic material growing on the siding. After waiting about 5-10 minutes for the cleaning solution to do its job, the cleaning solution was then washed off using low pressure. Low pressure is always used when washing homes as high pressure can damage siding. At this point, the home was completely cleaned and looking much better.
